LEARNING CENTRE / TRAINING MANAGER

Main Responsibility :

• To develop an assessment for the needs and to recommend solutions for performance issues and potential areas of training.
• Coordinate efforts to ensure full utilizations of the Learning Center Facilities
• Create and instructional design process with appropriate delivery methods and post training evaluations
• Able to work in a team environment and share ideas
• Resolve and respond to training issues from leaders and employees on the application and the interpretation of policies & processes
• Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of the training services offered
• Manage all expectations of L&D in all locations of ANJ Businesses.
• Maintain all Training material current

Education and Experience Background :

• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Learning & Development / HR background (Preferred)
• Financial planning
• Minimum 5 years working experience as Training Manager

Skills and Knowledge :

• High in English proficiency , verbal & written
• Strong facilitation & Presentation skills
• Open approaches to conflict resolutions
• Managing team
• Computer and Microsoft programs savvy
• Certified as a trainer would be an advantage
• Placement : Operational Area - Belitung Timur (Bangka Belitung)
